These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the qp99 platform ("Platform", "we", "us") and its users ("User", "you", "your"). By creating an account on qp99 or using the platform, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and accepted these Terms. 3.2 Deposit Limits

3.3 Withdrawal Limits & Processing Time

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). qp99 generally processes withdrawal requests within 1 hour. However, this time may increase if identity verification or a security review is required.

3.4 Transaction Responsibility

Bonuses & Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

qp99 offers new users a 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳8,000.

• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,500 as a bonus → total balance ৳2,500.
• Example: Deposit ৳12,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳8,000 → total balance ৳20,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount, and it is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit amount.

4.3 Bonus Usage Rules

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be combined at the same time unless specifically permitted.
• Winnings earned from bonuses are added to the regular balance and can be withdrawn after the wagering requirement is fulfilled.
• qp99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the platform may forfeit the bonus.

Fair Play Policy

5.1 Fair Play Guarantee

qp99 ensures that all games on the platform are operated fairly. We use software from certified game providers such as Pragmatic Play, Spribe, JILI, and PG Soft. The outcome of every game is controlled by a Random Number Generator (RNG).

5.2 Game Restrictions

• Engaging in fraudulent activities or money laundering.
• Threatening, harassing, or behaving inappropriately toward other users.
• Reproducing or publishing platform content without permission.

If evidence of involvement in any of the above activities is found, qp99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the account and forfeit all associated funds.

Account Closure

7.1 Closure by User

You may request to close your account at any time through the support team. Before the account is closed, any pending bets will be settled and available real-money funds will be returned.

7.2 Closure by qp99

qp99 reserves the right to suspend or close any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraud or dishonest activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification.
• A self-exclusion request by the user.
• Regulatory or legal requirements.

7.3 Self-Exclusion
